This is how our Search options work:

Retained Search: This model is very suitable for a High-level executive search from C-level, Senior Directors, and Senior VP’s. In this model, a retainer fee is to be paid upfront. This search fee is applicable in thirds: while signing the contract, upon shortlisting the candidate, and when hiring the candidate

Engaged Search: This Model is very suitable for High-level and hard-to-fill open positions like Managers, Senior Managers, Directors. A small portion of the Search fee is paid upfront in this search, and the remaining payment is applicable upon successful hiring of the candidate.

Contingent Search: In this model, there is no search fee applicable upfront. This fee is applicable only after a successful hire is made.
